Dömd is what came from the co-operation the two webzines Rise & Subvert and attackfanzine.net. We have both wanted to do a zine on paper for a long time, but something always got in the way. When we got to talking about this we soon realized we were on the same level and neither of us could come up with a reason not to give it a try. Dömd is not a paper version of our two zines as it won't include anything also published on our two websites - it's just two people who've been wanting to do a "real" zine for a long time now and saw the opportunity to do so in eachother. The two webzines will not stop but it will all run alongside of eachother. Dömd does not include any reviews. The reason for this is that we both review stuff on our sites and to decide what should go where and who would review what would just be an uneccesary factor to consider, and we feel that we rather fill the zine with other stuff. When it comes to advertisements we don’t charge any money, but WE fully decide on which sent in ads we’ll use. If we don’t print your ad it doesn’t necessarily mean that we don’t like your band or label or whatever, it can just be that it came to late or we felt another ad suited the issue in question more. Ads for zines will get prioritized above others, and this is because we wanna help other zines as much as we can.
